You can swim, ski, surf, work and play in your MINX without worry of chipping. What you cannot do is pick at them; especially the edges as you will distroy the seal and allow dirt and moisture between MINX and the nail. We recommend wearing gloves when gardening or other activities that involves abrasive products. If you do experience lifting at the edge you can scrub with a nail brush under warm water then apply pressure to re-adhere MINX to your nail.
